Kevin

Kevin is a local boy, born and raised right across the river in York County. He still isn’t quite sure what he wants to be when he grows up (some might say that it’s unlikely that he ever will), as evidenced by the rather eclectic range of professions he’s moved through on the way to owning his own business.

An avid, lifelong reader, Kevin strongly believes that books– hardcover, softcover, or electronic doesn’t matter, although he personally prefers the feel of a ‘real’ book in his hands– are an indispensable part of a well-rounded, fully matured life.

Kevin is a writer who hopes that one day soon somebody will beat down his door and make him let them publish his work. To date he’s had a few articles published, is in a lull in submitting his masterpiece of a Science Fiction novel to agents for representation, and is finishing up (honest!) preparations to self-publish a collection of short stories

Myra

Miss Myra is originally from the Midwest, having been transplanted to the Tidewater area in the ’80s after traveling the world through the graces of the US Army. The mother of two and the grandmother of three, she has a natural affinity for children of all ages, and they have an affinity for her, drawn to her kind heart and unflinchingly positive nature.

Like her husband, Myra has moved through several different fields of work on her way to entrepreneurship, but unlike the case with her husband, there’s no doubt in anybody’s mind that she is the mature, responsible adult of the pair, and she fully knows what she wants to be when she grows up– a dragon.
